Sales Policies for Large Orders

Payment & Terms: in U.S. dollars, by check, money order or cash only.

Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $25.00, payable immediately. Payment is due prior to or at the time of pickup for most orders. A finance charge of 1.5% per month is added to all past due notices. A copy of your Hawaii State Excise Tax License must be on file with us.

Storage Fees: Plants kept in nursery past an agreed pick up or ship date will be charged $5 per plant per month for care and storage.

Non-Warranty and Claims: Plant It Hawaii, Inc. gives no warranty; expressed or implied, as to the variety or productivity of any nursery stock we sell. Any liability is limited to purchase price only. All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods and noted on Bill of Lading or invoice upon delivery. Once plant material is received in good condition, we make no guarantee; expressed or implied, as to its future growing performance.

Neighbor Islands: Shipments made via Young Brothers, freight collect. Orders are shipped after payment is received. Shipping dates and schedules vary.

A shared $75.00 Plant Quarantine inspection fee will be divided among all orders shipping the same day. A $15.00 per pallet delivery fee to the Hilo docks is charged to all orders.

Out of State orders: Plant It Hawaii does not send plants to other States.

Orders & Pricelist

Minimum purchases apply and a G.E. tax license is required to purchase trees directly from Plant It Hawaii. If you are a large orchard grower please get in touch and we can provide you with pricing and availability.
